I hope you find something that is helpful to you. I’m a stay-at-home mom of 2 incredible kids a 14 year old girl and a 12 year old boy. I have 3 cats named Bacon, Steak, and Tato. I love to share anything that will help one become more stronger and healthier through natural solutions.
Things that I love and love to do…..I love to lift heavy weights, read, watch football, take long walks, photography, cook, have Friday family movie nights and sit on the beach.
I love essential oils and became a Aromatherapist December 2014. I plan to pursue an education in Holistic Nutrition some time this year. I’m very experienced in the personal training area. I’ve been lifting weights consistently for the past 8 years and have tried many diets and have come to the conclusion that it’s about creating a lifestyle that fits you. Everybody is different and it takes trial and error to find what works for you. Your focus should be on finding things that build your immune system and feeding those muscles.
As for my diet, I focus on high protein, figure friendly recipes that are accommodating to a very athletic lifestyle. I also include fat in my diet which consists of coconut oil, avocado, nuts (not peanuts), butter, ghee, egg yolks, meats and fish.
I love essential oils and a day doesn’t go by that I don’t use them. I know that when you experience them you will love them as much as I do. They have changed my life and will be happy to help you in any way possible.
